HR Development at Work is South Australia’s attraction, retention and change management consultancy. We are based in the South Metro area of Adelaide. Our aim is to help create happy workplaces. We work with private and public sector clients to assist them to manage change and attract and retain talented employees.
HR Development at Work is an Alliance Partner with South Australia’s State Strategic Plan; a finalist in the National Business Enterprise Centre Awards in 2008 and was recognised for services to SA Works by the Hon. Paul Caica MP, Minister for Employment, Training and Further Education.

Bridget Hogg is Principal Attraction and Retention Consultant at HR Development at Work. Bridget set up Development at Work in the UK in 1994, and HR Development at Work in Adelaide, Australia in 2002. She holds qualifications in psychology, management, marketing and NLP and is a Fellow of the Leaders Institute of South Australia Governors Leadership Foundation program.
Bridget is a member of AHRI (the Australian Human Resources Institute). She was an invited speaker at AHRI’s HR Week and convenes AHRI’s Attraction, Recruitment and Retention discussion forums for HR Managers in South Australia – promoting networking and sharing of best practice.
